| On arrival: | We recommend that you come a little earlier than your chosen time so you can have a coffee, soak up the situation and get relaxed. |
| Cancellation policy: | You can cancel at anytime up to 48 hours before the day of the shoot with a full refund or a half refund within 48 hours. If we have to cancel the shoot because of illness or any other unforeseen problem we will let you know as soon as possible by email or text message and you will receive a full refund. |
| What you need to bring: | Nothing! We will have everything set up for you but you might like to think carefully about how you do your hair and what you wear. You are welcome to bring accessories and different tops to try. |
| What you'll take away: | We make sure that we get at least three distinctly different poses from you. At the end of your shoot we send you a private link to download your portraits from. You are invited to enter the email addresses of up to 10 friends, they get sent a link and a request to vote on which pose works the best. Each time a friend votes, you get an email indicating which pose is winning! The stylist and photographer also vote so you can be sure that you will use the most popular portrait. |
| Gifting: | If you want to buy tickets for a friend as a gift, just pick the option under the dates field "GIFT: (Select dates/times later)". We will send you a gift card for you to give. The recipient can call us or use the code on the Gift Card to book times to suit themselves. |
