I like this picture. The crop is not tight, so we see the context and the bird is singing, giving an insight into it's behaviour.

I agree with Paul, this is a very nice shot of a Great Tit in full song and it looks very natural too. Nice colour, good exposure, nicely composed. Just the sharpness that I would want to improve upon.
