Excellent night shot. The drama created by the car lights, which are blue curiously, and the sky which is not black but has some detail. It's a pity some of the buildings are not completely sharp. I like the starburst, adds interest.

I like the shapes and colours in this shot. The scaffolding on Big Ben makes it more difficult to identify and a little bit different to other shots of the same scene. I think it might work better if the composure conformed a bit tighter to the third rules.
