My second favourite of your shots! A powerful image and great colours. I think the shape of the awning on the top right might be distracting and seems to serve no particular visual purpose. You've really caught the evening well though.

The trick about slow motion is to get the exposure right. Slow enough to emphasise the movement, short enough to show some detail. Which you've done very well. Good complimentary colours too, but I do agree - the top right awning has to go.
